Our Vision

OSR is a global Learning and development/HR consultancy established in 1998 and in that time we have designed and delivered programmes in over 20 countries. We would like to continue to build our global brand collaborating with other professionals both nationally and internationally using research and current best practice to provide our clients with programmes that tackle the 3 main issues facing organisations globally; talent management, leadership and succession planning.
