Foundations of Management Skills Training in Ukraine

OSR have been empowering people with the knowledge they need to drive their organisations throughout the world since 2002, providing first class Management Skill training including Ukraine. OSR has successfully held training courses in Ukraine including a Recruitment and Selection Training Course.

• British Council Ukraine - The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for educational and cultural relations. Founded in 1934 and today a major international organisation employing 7,900 staff. In 2009 celebrating its 75th anniversary.

Global Project Team

Ukraine commissioned OSR to run a 2 day learning event for staff combining aspects contained within our clients existing Recruitment Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy and Diversity Strategy.

The delegate’s initially went through a Recruitment & Selection e-learning module to enable them to become familiar with the policies, procedures and standards that are applied in the organisation. Followed by a facilitated programme designed to give delegates ample opportunity to practise and review two important processes: short-listing and competency-based interviewing.
