OSR ran a 2 day interview skills course in the Near East North Africa region. This included a job application writing and interview skills workshop that enabled participants to realistically assess their skills, achievements, strengths and weaknesses and to be able to describe them in writing and verbally in the context of their competency led recruitment process. Ensuring also that participants experience of the interview process raised their confidence in the process itself and in their ability to present themselves positively.
